Small Town Monsters to release brand new Bigfoot documentary in their “On the Trail of Bigfoot’ Series“ Filmmaker Seth Breedlove and his crew at Small Town Monsters are readying the release of their follow-up to 2019’s On the Trail of Bigfoot with their latest documentary feature, On the Trail of Bigfoot.
The Journey.
Breedlove and the STM crew headed to the Adirondacks of upstate New York last July for an intensive, adventure-filled week searching for Sasquatch.
The team documented the trip, which included multiple days and nights in the forests around upstate New York and Western Massachusetts.
Their trip was spent with Bigfoot researchers like Steve Kulls (Monster Quest) and Paul Bartholomew (Finding Bigfoot, Beast of Whitehall) who led them on the search for their quarry.
“The Journey” takes a deep look into not just the subject of Bigfoot but why it is that people spend their lives searching for a creature that most believe doesn’t exist.
Along the way, they made a stop-over in Whitehall, NY, home to an incident involving multiple members of law enforcement claiming to see a Bigfoot in a field off a rural road. That event was brought to popular attention in Breedlove’s 2016 documentary, The Beast of Whitehall.
The crew had multiple unusual experiences during their various night investigations near Lake George, Whitehall and Western Massachusetts. On the Trail of Bigfoot:
The Journey, will unveil some of that evidence.
Breedlove’s ultimate goal with the new film was to open the public’s eyes to just how wild and rugged the Adirondacks, as well as other parts of the northeast, still remain today.
During a spectacular sequence that helps bookend the film, Breedlove, and members of his crew got an extensive, aerial view of the region via a helicopter flight that spanned the southeast corners of the Adirondacks to the northernmost region; a mountainous landscape known as the High Peaks Wilderness.”
Small Town Monsters will be conducting a Kickstarter campaign for this project during the month of February, so look for it here.
